The Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated KAMAZ-master race team with its 30th anniversary and remarked that its work contributes to strengthening positions of Russian automotive industry on the national and global markets, the corresponding telegram is published on the Kremlin website.
The President added that this jubilee is a good reason to turn to the rich history of the team, to remember its triumphal performances at the most prestigious international competitions. He also noted that the outstanding achievements of the team are a well-deserved reward for skills, character, daily hard and patient work, for loyalty to the traditions set up by predecessors.
V. Putin focused attention on the significance of the fact that the team take part in creation of the trucks, on which they participate in competitions, they are the author of bold engineering solutions.
"Competitions, in which KAMAZ-master participates, allow under challenging emergency conditions testing advanced technologies that later are widely introduced into the mass production of the KAMAZ plant for releasing competitive vehicles, and thus strengthening the position of the Russian automotive industry on the national and global markets ", - the president’s words are quoted in the telegram.
He also expressed confidence that the team had new successes ahead to the glory of Russian motor sport, and wished it health and inexhaustible energy for implementation of the plans.
