Ceremonial event, dedicated to the anniversary of the KAMAZ-master team, took place on November 30 in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alfiya Kogogina, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kogogin, General Director of PTC KAMAZ, and Naberezhnye Chelny Mayor Nail Magdeev personally congratulated the team on the remarkable date.
In his speech Rustam Minnikhanov admitted, that the KAMAZ-master stood up all tests, and the victories of the team ensured brand awareness of Naberezhnye Chelny automobile plant far beyond of Russia: “The word “team” says that they are like-minded person, who are aimed at great things. 19 time win the first positions in the most extreme rally-marathon in the world is a hard work. Taking part in the competitions, KAMAZ-master defends the interests of our KAMAZ, our Republic, our country. It is very important”.
Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan presented awards to some representatives of the KAMAZ-master team who made meaningful contributions to the development of the Russian motorsports.
Addressed congratulations to celebrants provided with videos, who demonstrated the history of the KAMAZ-master team development. The hall was also attended by legendary team veterans Viktor Moskovskikh, Firdaus Kabirov, Vladimir Goltsov, Vladimir Marchenkov and many others. At the entrance to the Organ Hall, where the festive concert took place, the guests were greeted by an exhibition of trucks, on which the team participated in international races in different years. The trucks, starting from the very first one produced in 1988, represented the main milestones in the evolution of the team's sports trucks.
The current sportsmen at motorsports, many partners and team’s friends came to celebrate the colleagues.
State Duma deputy Alfiya Kogogina, congratulating the team said: "Victory is impossible by itself. It is a fusion of the two strongest beginnings: the best automobile plant, where the most advanced technology, design and innovation potential is concentrated, and the spirit of our guys. We have a lot of plans ahead of us that need to be realized, and the most important thing is that we have talented people who selflessly serve their cause, we have KAMAZ and we have the Republic, which teaches us that the one who walks in a team always wins!"
Sergey Kogogin, General Director of PTC KAMAZ, in his welcoming speech also praised the importance of the KAMAZ-master team: "If you take all our jewels, the biggest, most valuable diamond we have in our crown is the team that has reached the most incredible heights. They have won everything they can and can't win too. Our victories have promoted our brand in global markets, they are very meaningful for us. Now the team is actively working with children and youth. I am sure that new stars will be born, who will lead our company to new victories".
Naberezhnye Chelny Mayor Nail Magdeev noted in his congratulatory speech: "Every citizen of Chelny, from a kid to an adult, is proud that we have such a team. They are a good, bright example for our growing boys and girls. The team gives high results, appreciating loyal fans of our country and their heartwarming, human and sincere support. This will continue to be.
