Pilots of KAMAZ-master Eduard Nikolaev and Sébastien Loeb, Stéphane Peterhansel and Cyril Despres from Team Peugeot Total gave a master-class for journalists “how to make pancakes”.
Their partners TOTAL and RED BULL organized a party on the roof of Chateau de Fantomas club (Krasny Oktyabr) in Moscow.
Nobody expected that sportsmen can show excellent results not only in a race but also in using frying pans.
Notwithstanding the fact that a professional chef was going to cook for them, they managed to prepare traditional Russian and French pancakes very well.
Stéphane Peterhansel and Eduard Nikolaev dazed the public in admiration. They threw very well the pancakes on the frying pan and skillfully enveloped the filling. French pilots chose Russian black caviar. Russian sportsmen chose a sweet filling – chocolate and bananas.
It turned out that Eduard Nikolaev is used to make pancakes. He often cooks them for his family and friend. KAMAZ pilot told a secret of his tasty pancakes. He never uses yeast. And he mixes sour-cream with milk to make the dough thick.
