On August, 30 KAMAZ-master team took part in Kazan City Racing motor show. The event is traditionally correlated with the “Tatarstan Republic Day” and held at Kazan Kremlin walls. Everyone could come to see demonstration runs and hear sound of real race engines. Despite the rain, a lot of people came to see the show, but to the start of the runs the clouds scattered and the sun dried the pavement and cheered drifters.
Three times “KAMAZ-master” participated in KAZAN motor show and proved the thesis that talented people are talented in everything. This time the team prepared an extraordinary drift-show, demonstrating good performance not only on sands and impassibility but on pavement as well.
“We were inspired by performance of our synchronized swim national team at Olympiad, - said Eduard Nikolaev to the audience, - and prepared an absolutely new program.”
The Blue Armada came to Kazan not so long ago – on 10 July they took part in prologue of Silk Way Rally-2016. But now fans of the team were excited to see them in a new role. The sportsmen managed their expectations -two large-tonnage race trucks drifted synchronically. It was an impressive performance. A lot of Kazan citizens and guests saw the new black bonnet truck for the first time.
Two stunt performers from the UK Terry Grant at the wheel of Nissan 350Z and Lee Bowers on Kawasaki bike also took part in the show. The holders of various awards and records did single and cooperative tricks. Also such teams as Legend Stant Team, Fail Crew, Russian Drift Alliance (Maxim Tvardovsky and Taras Shatov) and etc. showed their riding and driving skills. Timur Timerzyanov, a famous Tatarstan racer, also did a demonstration run. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, visited the festival and shared his photos in Instagram.
