It is impossible to believe that Ilgizar, full of life, aspirations and new plans, is no more with us. For all of us it is huge and irreplaceable loss. It is a premature death of the person of extraordinary charm, talent and diligence. Ilgizar Azatovich devoted himself to his favorite work and had unchallenged authority, always differed in selfless courage, persistence, tireless aspiration to the new.
Fate already has challenged him. By miracle having survived after terrible accident in 2005, he only thanks to the huge will, a family and colleagues support didn't remain wheelchair-bound. Moreover, in a year Ilgizar Mardeev led his crew and all the team to silver award of «Dakar-2007».
Ilgizar Mardeev's name is inseparably related with «KAMAZ-master» team’s history since its foundation. For all these years he showed himself as a true friend and reliable pilot. As a production director, Ilgizar managed large-scale work on preparation of cars for competitions, development and manufacture of special equipment. He has a great merit in all victories of the team. The Honoured Master of Sports, the repeated prize-winner of rally marathon «Dakar» he was honored with the high government awards.
It is impossible to find words of a consolation and conciliation with terrible injustice. We grieve deeply together with his family.
