THE 11TH LEG WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE SAND STORM

Silk Way Rally authorities had to cancel the 11th leg due to the sandstorm in the Gobi Desert. Strong wind and sand didn’t permit the helicopters to fly.
Competition without support of doctors and other services endangers health and lives of sportsmen and the race officials cancelled the special. Following all traffic rules the contestants will caravan to Jiayuguan bivouac. Thus the general classification remains unchanged.
